Madeline v. F. I just listened to the HubermanLab episode describing how nicotine relaxes the muscles, yet provides alertness, focus, and motivation in the brain, all while heightening mood. That could describe the hypnotic, absorbing effect of this blackgaze masterpiece, which could prove equally addictive to nicotine, but without the deleterious health effects. Favorite track: Protection.
